Balthasar torso armour browned

The torso armour from our "Balthasar" series consists of two pieces: the chest and the back plate. Both are connected with a strap on each side and a strap on either side of the shoulders. That allows an individual adjustment for each wearer. The chest plate is made from seven seperate segments which are riveted to each other. Its moving parts underneath the arms allow a free movement and agility of the wearer. The elaboratly made back plate is rigid and decorated with lots of rivets. The lower two segments are moveable and allow a bending of the upper body. The matching big spaulders can be attached to the shoulders of the armour. Rolling shapes and segments, just as the offset bordering and the decoration with rivets, add structure and character to this great armour. We suggest to wear a padded gambeson underneath all metal armours to avoid scratches and bruises on the body. Our breastplate "Adam" is something special. Its design was inspired by the first complete breastplates from the 14th century. Metal lamellae protect the sides and the lower back.This piece of armour is fastened by two buckles on the backside. Maybe you take a look at our Padded Jackets to wear them underneath your Armour. Our stage fighting swords are made of spring steel with the common safety features for display weapons. With a 2 mm wide striking edge and rounded tip, they are not only a fancy decoration, but can also be used to display a controlled fight. Any impact marks on the blade are due to the manufacturer's quality control. They are unavoidable to test the blade for breaking strength before delivery."Tjure" is a viking sword built along historical patterns from 8th to 10th century Denmark. The sword is made with a fuller along the blade. Discontinued, only while stock last  The "Dragomir" plate armor is incredibly elaborate. It consists of a multitude of lames and finely shaped elements which, when combined, result in extraordinary armor that can hardly be more agile. Every part by "Dragomir" is carefully flanged, decorated with beads and coordinated with one another. They impress with their shape and the masterful execution that makes this armor so unique. If you like it a little less decorated and want to save some money, you should check out "Dragomir's" brother "Rikomer". Technically identical, "Rikomer" dispenses the decorative beads in favor of a more brutal look and a lower price.Armor like this is usually only available as a custom-made product and we had to fiddle a long time before we could get it ready for series production. Of course, the fit must and can be optimized here and there by careful bending, but we have designed the armor in such a way that it can be carried into the field with maximum comfort. In blank, "Dragomir" is particularly suitable for dragon knights or fighters of light.We generally recommend wearing a gambeson and arm & leg paddings under plate armour.
