This simple apron dress made of cotton canvas has a straight cut inspired by historical models. Unlike our other apron dresses "Alva" and "Lientje", "Esther" has two cheeky slits at the sides. The dress can be nicely combined with one of our many chemises. You can use a cord or a neat belt to emphasize your waist and complete the outfit.

Their cut is considered the basic pattern of early medieval men's trousers in Europe and was found in that as well as similar styles even centuries later.
