Product information "Mantikor spaulders"

The spaulders "Arthax" by "Fucina del Drago" and are handmade from high-quality upper leather. Made up of four moving segments, they almost look like plate spaulders. Circumferential decorative beading, as well as a finely embossed hammer stroke décor on the upper arm and shoulder segment give this leather armor a lot of detail and structure. With a width of 46 cm, "Artax" belong to the largest leather spaulders from our assortment. They can be complemented, with a little craft work, ideally by our leather besagews.

The Italian company "Fucina del Drago" ,in english "Dragon Forge", is known for particularly beautiful leather products.

Only high-quality leather is processed there. Elaborate handcraftings and the antique patina make these armor parts a real eye-catcher.

Gold Quality leather grease

Leather is a very versatile material with lots of different properties. Shoes, accessories and armour can last, if maintained propperly, for many years. The "Gold Qualities" leather greases effectiveness is defined by its high percentage of bees wax - this is another reason for it cleaning your leather so good. It penetrates depply into the leather and seals it from dirt and moisture. Rub it gently into the leather by using a soft brush or cloth. After a short residence time the excessive grease is brushed off - appling too much grease will result in a saturation; the superfluent grease can be wiped off. Your leather product will let you know when you apply too much: we suggest to apply less grease, but more often. Not only leather can be taken care off with this grease, we suggest to clean steel armours light rust or polish drinking horns with it. Wooden articles profit from its bees wax ingredients as well. This advanced Edition of our "Mantikor" leather armour is embossed with various details! A beautifully decorated leather armour for the upper part of the body. The gorget is attached to the rest of the armour. The edges are embossed with different patterns. The size can be adjusted individually by two buckle straps on each side of the armour.
