Tilly cloak wool
The cloak "Tilly"
already comprises the first half for all "cloak-and-dagger"-inspired
outfits ‒ if you'll allow the crude pun; the fact is that this hip-length
shoulder cape contributes greatly to the visual appearance of any outfit resembling
musketeers or any other rapier or dagger wielding hero of the 17th century. It
is worn over one shoulder and held in place with a strap beneath the other arm.
This allows freedom for the sword arm so the wearer can dance with beguiling
ladies or quarrelsome villains. Made of strong premium wool fabric, it is a
faithful companion even in tight spots. It is well up to shielding the wearer
from light rain, but bear in mind that it is an accessory rather than
functional apparel. Rogues, charming heroes and heroins, but also merchants and
highborn lords and ladies are always well clad with the Tilly cloak.
