INFORMATION FOR RETURNS

Amazon & eBay Users:
Please use your platform for returns!

 

Instructions for orders from mytholon.com:

In order to handle the process according to your wishes, we need precise information!

Step 1: Return label:

If you are living within the EU, please contact our support at support@mytholon.com (please have your order number ready). You will receive a Mail with a return label attached. Please print this label to use our free shipping with UPS. You may commit the parcel in any UPS Access Point without further costs. We reserve the right to deduct the postage costs from the credit note when returning individual items from a larger order.
If you'd like to use another postal service, feel fre to do so, but we cannot provide a free label in this case.

For people from Non-EU-countries (incl. UK) we sadly cannot offer the service of a free label. To have a smooth return without having any troubles of costum duties, we still offer the posibility to send you a return label on your own costs. For further information just contact our customer support.

Unfortunately, we can not accept non-free packages and must refuse to accept! The costs for a return are carried by the customer.

If you would like to report a defective product, please contact our customer support to get further help or to receive a shipping label for the return shipment.

Step 2: Preparing the package:

Please use your invoice to let us know your exchange or refund informations. Name the items and write your exchange request on a short note.
Unfortunately, a phone call or an email is not enough, as your return could not be clearly identified by the returns department. Add this sheet to the package. If you no longer have it, of course, a neutral piece of paper will do. If you do not add any note, we'll automatically send you a refund. 
If you want to get your money refunded and have not paid with Paypal, please give us your full account details (IBAN and BIC). 
If there were special arrangements, please write them down in detail. Please state the name of the customer supporter with whom you talked and the date, if possible. If a consultation took place via e-mail, please attach a printout of the mail traffic to the package. We will see to process your return as fast as possible!

 

Step 3: Processing

As soon as the package arrives it will be checked by our return departement. Please note that we can only fully refund or exchange unused goods. In case of dirt or signs of use (scratches, mud, animal hair or similar) we reserve the right to withhold 30% of the value of the goods, but minimum 10 €.
At the moment we have an approximately processing time of 10-14 days after receipt of the returned items.

 

If you have purchased your items in our shop, it is absolutely necessary to present a proof of purchase. This is the only way we can make exchanges possible. Refunds are available for items purchased locally in the form of vouchers for the value of the goods, which you can redeem here in the online shop.
