Diana belt

Wolfram tunic cotton

The tunic was wide spread within Europe from the antiquity up to the late medieval period. It was worn by men and women in various patterns and in all social classes. Tunics are found in todays T-Shirt and have influenced our culture like no other piece of clothing has. The cotton tunic from our "Wolfram" series is liberally cut and the perfect undergarment for the hot summer days. The moisture absorbing and tear-resistance of the cotton make this the ideal choice for summer. The neckline is closed with two strings, small buttons close the sleeves on the wrists. The tunic is bell-shaped below the belt and has a long slit in the front. This provides the neccessary movability for the user when dancing, running or sword fighting. Wear it underneath a gambeson - the moisture controling properties make it the perfect undergarment under existing padding. Wolfram breeches cotton

The breeches origin is not clear: it was worn as underwear in various shapes and cuts for centuries. It is assumed, that it origins from the germanic "Bundhose" and changed into underwear worn by almost all social classes. The breeches from the "Wolfram" series is made from light cotton. It is equipped with a lacing to attach the seperate-hose. The comfortable opening is concealed by a fabric flap. They are fastened with a drawstring in the waistband. Doran ring belt

European belt buckles have been dated back to the Roman Empire. Prior to the buckle the roman and germanic people used a ring, made from various materials. This shape of buckle was used until the medieval period. The "Doran" series' ring belt copies this shape of buckle. The belt is made from split leather and grades almost every costume up, as the characteristic medieval knot shows the wearer linked to this period. The belt is tightened by pulling the strap through the ring a little more, than needed and securing it right behind it. The upper end is pulled through the loop then and lead to to the bottom - simple as it sounds: this is it! The knot is tightened and stays in place now. We advice to use leather fat on a regulat basis for the caretaking of split leather. Our "Gold Quality" leather fat will certainly be the best choice.
