INFORMATION FOR RETURNS
Amazon & eBay Users:
Please use your platform for returns!
Instructions for orders from mytholon.com:
In order to handle the process according to your wishes, we need precise information!
For EU countries:
Step 1 - the return portal (only for EU)
Please register your return here: Return Portal
To log in, enter your postal code and your order number (6 digits, no letters).
Please follow the steps of the return portal:
- Selection of articles
- Selection of reasons for return
- Comment: Space for exchange request, damage report or special arrangements
If you have already made arrangements with the support team, please state your ticket number in the comment.
If you are returning an item you received with damage to the product, please note the details in the comment. In this case, shipping is of course free of charge!
- Choice of refund method: Money back or Exchange
If you would like your money back and did not pay with PayPal, please enter your account details in the form of IBAN and BIC in the comment.
If you would like to receive an exchange item, please state the item you would like to receive.

Please note: You can only exchange your items once (free of charge). Further exchanges of the same order are excluded.
Step 2 - Shipping (only for EU)
Please keep following the steps or the return portal:
- Choice of delivery point
- Check the summary
- Download label as PDF
Download your label as a PDF and then either print it out or show the label digitally at the post office.
Please note: The return costs depending on your destination will be offset against your
refund. Returns are free of charge in the event of an exchange or
product defect.
As soon as we receive your return, it will be subjected to a quality check by the returns department. Please note that we can only fully refund or exchange unused, unwashed goods.
In case of soiling or signs of use (scratches, mud, animal hair, etc.) we reserve the right to retain 30% of the value of the goods, but at least 10€.
The processing time for returns is usually 10-14 working days after receipt of the goods.
For NON-EU countries
Step 1.1 - The return form for NON-EU countries:
Please download and print out the following return form, fill it out and enclose it with your return:
If you are not able to print the return form, a handwritten note with the regarding informations is sufficient.
Please leave your bank details (IBAN AND BIC) or PayPal address in the return form.
Step 2.1 - Shipping for NON-EU countries
Since your country is not a
member of the EU, we can not provide a shipping label. Please use a
postal service of your choice and provide the necessary postage. We do
not offer free returns for non-EU countries. Please send your parcel to

For items bought in our local stores or our booths on events
Please note: If you have purchased your items in one of our local stores or at an event,
you will need to provide proof of purchase. This is the only way we can
facilitate the exchange. A refund for items purchased locally is
possible in the form of vouchers for the value of the goods, which you
can redeem here in our online shop.
