Our "Lena" armour series was especially designed for warrior princesses and shield maidens alike. We distanced from historical patterns and steped closer to a rather fantastic shape. The outcome was a not only a long awaited womens armour, but also a costume set of in the form of a worthy armour set. Be it an Amazone, a warrior princess or an exalted priestess - all of them are possible by combining the armour with the right clothing pieces...
Only your imagination limits the possibilities. For all you ladies out there: this is the right armour, not only on LARP events.

The "Lena" series belt is elaboratly made: it is worn on the hip and is closed with a single buckle in the back. Two segments make up this belt basically, which is fitting by its swung lines. The attached tassets are made from two pieces each and riveted to a leather strap, which is attached to the belt with rivets as well. All rivets are made from brass and complement the silvery shine of the blank armour additionally. The central shield is movable, holding the side parts of the belt, and covers the lower abdomen.
All points are beaded to avoid injuries when wearing it.

Annotation: By enlongening the belt strap you can enlarge not only the length alone: bent the metal parts slowly and carefully to achieve a bigger circumference.

It finishes off the "Lena" armour to the top and enlongens the wearers neck. This way the female warrior appears longer and the elfen princess even more raised. The buckle on the backside and a slight, carefull bending allow the chocker to be adjusted even to larger necks by the wearer individually. The chocker is being worn on top of the gorget and does not need any additional attachment. Lena chest plate

The chest plate from our "Lena" series was built for a cup size of "B" to "D". It consists of three pieces: the two cups for the front and the back plate.The two cups are held together by a leather strip and are attached to the back plate with four buckles. Tudor armour jerkin black

Even the best plate armour is useless if the wearer can not move in it. Oftentimes you have to find a compromise between padding and freedom of movement. The late medieval "Tudor" jerkin was specifically designed to be worn underneath a steel torso armour. In this way, "Tudor" protects the wearer from pressure marks and the impact of an opponent's blows without limiting the mobility. The arms are not padded, but have a double layer of thick canvas fabric. This increases mobility while at the same time preventing the arm guards worn on top from chafing the skin. Additional holes allow the fastening of light armour parts, such as the armshield "Wilhelm" with strings. Ribbons with fixed tips are used to lace this jerkin. Naturally, this gambeson can be worn separately, without any kind of armour on top.
