Mixed fabrics of cotton and synthetic fibres are tried and tested combinations. The advantage of that kind of fibre mixture is that the fabric doesn't mat as easily as pure wool typically does.  Also, these fabrics are easier to take care of, the addition of synthetic fibres results in reduced friction wear, pilling (the formation of small fibre knots) is decreased and the clothing items are more durable. Viscose in particular as "natural synthetic fibre", as you might call it as it is made of cellulose, makes the wool softer and significantly increases wearing comfort. The old issue of wool feeling "itchy" on the wearer's skin is reduced. We make upper garments and cloaks from this fabric.
