Louis belt
A simple hand sewn belt with a decorative wrought iron buckle. We put a special effort into making this belt historical looking. No rivets were used, but a thick thread was used to sew the buckle onto the leather belt. This buckle is made from wrought iron and has the characteristic hammer strokes visible. Those were grided down to have a smooth surface. The leather pieces of the Mytholon series \\"Louis\\" are especially suitable for fans of living history. They are made of robust upper leather and sewn by hand. Rivets where used in none of these articles. Gadaric tunic canvas blue
The tunic was not only worn by Romans in antiquity, but it was also popular throughout Europe from the early to the late Middle Ages. It was the basic clothing for men and women and was subject to constant changes through new cuts. Our tunic "Gadaric" is the base for a great variety of medieval outfits. It is slightly bell-shaped from the hip downwards and slitted at the front and back. The generously cut sleeves allow great freedom of movement, for example when fighting. As an undergarment, for example under a gambeson, it dissipates moisture from the body while staying breathable, similar to a modern undershirt. As an upper garment in combination with a belt from our range of products, it is almost an outfit on its own. When combined with a pair of trousers and a belt bag, you are ready dressed for a visit to the next medieval fair.Material: cotton canvas

Doran ring belt
European belt buckles have been dated back to the Roman Empire. Prior to the buckle the roman and germanic people used a ring, made from various materials. This shape of buckle was used until the medieval period. The "Doran" series' ring belt copies this shape of buckle. The belt is made from split leather and grades almost every costume up, as the characteristic medieval knot shows the wearer linked to this period. The belt is tightened by pulling the strap through the ring a little more, than needed and securing it right behind it. The upper end is pulled through the loop then and lead to to the bottom - simple as it sounds: this is it! The knot is tightened and stays in place now. We advice to use leather fat on a regulat basis for the caretaking of split leather. Our "Gold Quality" leather fat will certainly be the best choice. Material: split leather Length: 140 cm Width: 4 cm Colour: black, brown Weight: app. 170 g
