Georg gorget blank

The "Georg " gorget has an extraordinary cut. The long chest part extends far to the chest and closes the gap between the wide shoulders of the "Georg " series. It can be opened sideways and is secured with a cartridge pocket closure. With a belt, the gorget can also be attached to the cuirass of the "Georg " series. Ornamental beading and riveting can be found on all parts of the "Georg " series, so of course also on the gorget.
For all heavy armour with wide spaulders, this gorget is an ideal base. Together with the other armour parts of the "Georg" series, it forms a heavy but agile armor.
