Depuis des centaines d’années, l’épée légendaire, Elren’dar, était perdue. Alors qu’elle était oubliée de tous sauf des plus anciens érudits, un seigneur elfe perça le secret d’un parchemin datant de la même époque. Tous les signes étaient là: il allait pouvoir récupérer l’épée. Il prit ses meilleurs combattants et mages, et partit en quête de l’arme de légende. Après des années de dures épreuves, de combats contre des créatures sans nom et au-delà des montagnes, sa compagnie arriva au sommet du plus grand arbre sacré. Dans une alcôve aménagée à même le tronc millénaire se trouvait une épée, qui attendait la venue d’un digne successeur. C’est ainsi que l’épée fut retrouvée, et qu’un nouvel âge commença.

Elren’dar II est une nouvelle version de la Elren’dar, épée fantastique. Celle-ci est plus longue que l’ancienne, permettant une allonge améliorée, mais chaque coup porté avec l’arme restera sécuritaire puisqu’elle est faite de mousse Calimacil. De plus, sa durabilité n’est plus à prouver. Ses couleurs ont également été revues pour procurer à l’arme un réalisme à couper le souffle. La poignée, anciennement d’or et noire, est maintenant d’argent et de rouge perçant, rendant légèrement plus discret l’ensemble.

Les Elfes, porteurs naturels de ce type d’épée fine et légère, seront heureux d’apprendre la venue d’une nouvelle arme forgée spécialement pour eux. Toutefois, leur contrepartie démoniaque, les Elfes noirs, apprécieront tout autant ses qualités, ainsi que nombre de bretteurs agiles et combattants à deux armes. Finalement, les nobles pourront porter fièrement cette épée d’apparat, démontrant leur statut à tous.
