The upper layer is made of fine sheepskin, and it is thickly padded to offer the wearer some protection and has detachable shoulders so it can easily be converted into a leather tunic. The elaborate diamond stitching emphasizes the warlike character of this fancy armor gambeson. "Haldur" is closed on the chest with 4 cast brass buckles. It is especially suitable for the representation of Vikings, warriors, rangers, dwarves and many other martial characters.
