INFORMATION FOR RETURNS

Amazon & eBay Users:
Please use your platform for returns!

 

Instructions for orders from mytholon.com:

In order to handle the process according to your wishes, we need precise information!

Step 1: Return label

To initiate your return, please open the retour website of our shop: Click here

To log in, enter your postal code and order number (6 digits, no letters). [Attention: If you have ordered via eBay or Amazon, please use the respective return function of these sales portals]. After following the tool, you can download your return label as a PDF file by clicking on the Download label button.

You can also leave out the label, choose your own shipping company and pay the postage - Just as you like! (In this case, it is not possible to refund the shipping costs!). Please ship to:

 Step 2 - the return form:

Please print out the following return form, fill it out and enclose it with your return:  Return Form

If you are not able to print the return form, a handwritten note with the regarding informations is sufficient. If you want to get your money back and you did not pay with Paypal, please add your account details in the form of IBAN and BIC on the form.

 If you wish an exchange, please note the item, you'd like to receive instead. If there is a special case (e.g. packing error or damaged product), please add this as a short mention to the exchange/refund request.

 Attention: returns without a completed form with an exchange request in the package will be refunded.


Step 3 - the processing: 

As soon as we receive the return, it will be subjected to a quality check by the returns department. Please note that we can only fully refund or exchange unused, unwashed goods. In case of soiling or signs of use (scratches, mud, animal hair, etc.) we reserve the right to retain 30% of the value of the goods, but at least 10€. 

The processing time for returns is usually 10-14 working days after receipt of the goods. Thank you!

Note: If you have purchased your items in one of our local shops, it is absolutely necessary to present a proof of purchase. This is the only way we can make exchanges possible. Refunds are available for items purchased locally in the form of vouchers for the value of the goods, which you can redeem here in our online shop.
