Right of revocation

You may declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of 2 weeks. The revocation does not have to contain any reasons for the revocation. We will forward this revocation instruction to you again in text form. The revocation period commences the day following the receipt of merchandise and this revocation instruction in text form. The time-limit shall be deemed to be observed by the timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the return shipment. Here you can find and fill in a revocation sheet.

The right of revocation does not apply with contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return.

If you have revoked this contract we have to refund all payments that we have received from you (including shipping costs, excluding additional costs resulting from another mode of shipping than the one offered by us), in the space of fourteen days at the most. This time period starts the day we receive your revocation. For the refunding we will use the same method of payment which has been used in the first transaction except if another arangement has been has been agreed upon. You will not be charged with additional costs connected to the refunding. We are allowed to withhold the refunding until we have received the goods to be sent back or we have received proof that you sent them, whichever happens first. The time limit of fourteen days is met if you send the goods on their way to us before the time limit elapses. The cost of the return shipment has to be borne by the customer. If you are unable or partially unable to restitute the merchandise to us or can only restitute it in a deteriorated condition, then you have to insofar compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining the merchandise and its properties.

The right of revocation does not apply with contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return.

The right of revocation will not apply on goods, which are sold in sealed containers, relevant due to the specification on hygienic or health products, and are returned opened by the customer to the seller.

 

5.
We kindly ask you to avoid all staining and usage of our articles and to return all products in an unused condition, including all accessories and single parts of the returned product (e.g.: laces, rivets, straps, buttons). If the original wrapping is no longer usable, we ask you to wrap the returned article for transport to keep it dry and safe for the time being shipped back to us. Previous lines are no requirements to fulfill the return from the customers side.
