If you like it a little less decorated and want to save some money, you should check out "Dragomir's" brother "Rikomer". Technically identical, "Rikomer" dispenses the decorative beads in favor of a more brutal look and a lower price.

Armor like this is usually only available as a custom-made product and we had to fiddle a long time before we could get it ready for series production. Of course, the fit must and can be optimized here and there by careful bending, but we have designed the armor in such a way that it can be carried into the field with maximum comfort. The individual parts are burnished to protect against rust and are particularly suitable for dark knights or fighters of chaos.

We generally recommend wearing a gambeson and arm & leg paddings under plate armor. This significantly improves wearing comfort and protection.

Gold Quality leather grease

Leather is a very versatile material with lots of different properties. Shoes, accessories and armour can last, if maintained propperly, for many years. The "Gold Qualities" leather greases effectiveness is defined by its high percentage of bees wax - this is another reason for it cleaning your leather so good. It penetrates depply into the leather and seals it from dirt and moisture. Rub it gently into the leather by using a soft brush or cloth. After a short residence time the excessive grease is brushed off - appling too much grease will result in a saturation; the superfluent grease can be wiped off. Your leather product will let you know when you apply too much: we suggest to apply less grease, but more often. Not only leather can be taken care off with this grease, we suggest to clean steel armours light rust or polish drinking horns with it. Wooden articles profit from its bees wax ingredients as well. A well known care product for animals paws and fur; a true allrounder, completly untoxic. Hamond puttee canvas

Puttees have been in use from the Iron Age until the medieval times. It was "reinvented" by the military and used as regular equipment for soldiers in World War I. and in the second World War. Be it Roman legionary or french soldier: this easy to put on leg dress warmes the calfs and protects from scratches and bruises. Our "Hamond" puttees are made from robust canvas fabric. With its 380 cm length, it can be used for wrapping up to the knee - even thicker calfs should get their share of warmth. Early medieval costumes, such as germanic tribesmen or Wikings, will find a good use when strolling through the woods in cold days - it keeps dry and warm and does not only function as an accessory. Leather strings or hidden fixing pins close the puttees and secure them tightly on the place.
