The second edition of our popular Anselm chef's knife. With the new version of this classic, we placed a strong emphasis on its usability as a kitchen knife. The well-known Anselm design with the wooden handle and the file-like blade has been retained. Please do not clean the knife in the dishwasher and only store it in a dry condition. Simply cut and made from a mixed fabric in herringbone weave, it is ideal for everyday wear at a market or live-action role-playing. It can be worn over an underdress or blouse. With lacing on the back and sides, "Uma" can be tailored and individually adjusted to its wearer. With "Tinne" you get 8 brass nails - 1.6 mm round head pins made of solid brass MS-64 with a share of 64% copper and 36% zinc. Pins made of this alloy are very easy to shape when riveting and are thus ideal for attaching historic and fantastic fittings in medieval reenactment and LARP. Dimensions: 1.6 mm x 13 mm. Fix fittings and decorations with brass nails, how does that work? The fitting or decoration to be fastened is placed on the belt or pocket. Mark the required 2 mm holes in the desired places and punch the leather with an eel. Of course, using a pair of punch pliers is also possible, but the hole must not be too large then, because the leather is punched out and, as with the use of eels, can not contract again around the rivet. The head of the pin should of course be on the side that is visible later, the so-called "show side". Depending on the thickness of the material, shorten the brass pin on the pointed side to 1.5 mm - 2 mm and tap it in circular strokes with the smallest possible round hammer, so that a slightly arched head is formed and the fitting is solidly connected to the backing material. For smoothing a sandpaper with 600er Körning is recommended. For a better grip, you can also use a small washer, but the riveting is then not so medieval. Have fun crafting!

Cast from fine bronze and carefully polished, the strap end "Halsfon" retains its original early medieval look. Suitable for all belts with a width of 1.5 cm to 2 cm. Pins for riveting are not included, but you can find them under accessories. It may be necessary to adjust the holes in the belt tongue slightly. Material: Bronze length 7,5 cm width 1,5 cm

Leather is a very versatile material with lots of different properties. Shoes, accessories and armour can last, if maintained propperly, for many years. The "Gold Qualities" leather greases effectiveness is defined by its high percentage of bees wax - this is another reason for it cleaning your leather so good. It penetrates depply into the leather and seals it from dirt and moisture. Rub it gently into the leather by using a soft brush or cloth. After a short residence time the excessive grease is brushed off - appling too much grease will result in a saturation; the superfluent grease can be wiped off. Your leather product will let you know when you apply too much: we suggest to apply less grease, but more often. Not only leather can be taken care off with this grease, we suggest to clean steel armours light rust or polish drinking horns with it. Wooden articles profit from its bees wax ingredients as well.
