The carving knife from the Anselm series is designed for slicing roasts and large cuts of meat. It features the distinctive rustic file-like look of the Anselm series and can easily double as a kitchen knife. The knife is not dishwasher safe and should be occasionally maintained with a bit of cooking oil.

This way it can be worn even on top of padded thigh guards and completes many full plate armours. The well-known Anselm design with the wooden handle and the file-like blade has been retained. Please do not clean the knife in the dishwasher and only store it in a dry condition.
