Product information "Castagir hornsling red"

The hornsling "Castagir", from the house "Fucina del Drago" was decorated with elaborate, Celtic knot patterns. It is shaped slightly conical to its underside, so every horn sits securely in its place. Curved lines and an antique finish make this hornsling a very decorative piece, that highlights the unique "nordic" character of a drinking horn. For LARPer and medieval fans, it is a nice and practical accessory in which signal horns and upholstered weapons can also find their place well. Thanks to the sturdy leather lacing on the front, the diameter can be extended as you wish.

Tudor armour jerkin black
Even the best plate armour is useless if the wearer can not move in it. Oftentimes you have to find a compromise between padding and freedom of movement. The late medieval "Tudor" jerkin was specifically designed to be worn underneath a steel torso armour. In this way, "Tudor" protects the wearer from pressure marks and the impact of an opponent's blows without limiting the mobility. The arms are not padded, but have a double layer of thick canvas fabric. This increases mobility while at the same time preventing the arm guards worn on top from chafing the skin. Additional holes allow the fastening of light armour parts, such as the armshield "Wilhelm" with strings. Ribbons with fixed tips are used to lace this jerkin. Naturally, this gambeson can be worn separately, without any kind of armour on top. The additional holes allow various possibilities to personalize this gambeson to the wearer's needs and demands.Material: canvas, polyester

Gadaric tunic canvas blue
The tunic was not only worn by Romans in antiquity, but it was also popular throughout Europe from the early to the late Middle Ages. It was the basic clothing for men and women and was subject to constant changes through new cuts. Our tunic "Gadaric" is the base for a great variety of medieval outfits. It is slightly bell-shaped from the hip downwards and slitted at the front and back. The generously cut sleeves allow great freedom of movement, for example when fighting. As an undergarment, for example under a gambeson, it dissipates moisture from the body while staying breathable, similar to a modern undershirt. As an upper garment in combination with a belt from our range of products, it is almost an outfit on its own. When combined with a pair of trousers and a belt bag, you are ready dressed for a visit to the next medieval fair.Material: cotton canvas
