For optimal mobility of the Katharina armour and a good fit, we have separated the upper and lower parts of the torso armour. The Katharina armour belt forms the lower part of the torso and is worn beneath the breastplate. It is fastened with a wide leather strap at the back. The size of the armour belt can be adjusted individually using the strap and by carefully bending it. The tassets are attached to the four front straps, which we offer separately, as well as in a convenient set along with the armour belt. Other tassets from our 'Mytholon Artware' armours can also be combined with these armour belts, such as Lambert, Galahad, Ortwin, or Edward.

"Mina" was made as an armour for women. Naturally we had to resign from historical patterns, as equality was not that popular amongst the medieval knight.
Today we are proud to announce, that there is a way to dress strong women for the battlefield - using this armour set, you will not only be good looking on the field of glory, ladies! The spaulders are, just like the entire "Mina" series, built similary to the "Balthasar" series: decorations with rivets along the edge beading are a returning design element in both armours. Both armour series can easily be combined with each other. A slim built and swung lines provide a delicate shape to these spaulders. Two moving pieces are flexibly attached by a leather strap to the top plate. The spaulders do not overlap the chest plate and are fastened to the gorget on the top and the upper arm with the bottom strap. Naturally the spaulders can be combined with any other gorget from our offer.

Tough boots are a neccessity when going on events and having bad weather: there is little worse, than wet feet in pain. These boots were made along historical patterns and pictures: they are being closed with four leather strings around your ankle. The heavy leather sole is nailed onto the top, so you can basically wear a historical replica boot. The thick upper leather repells rain and dirt as long as its greased thick enough. Professional mak-up helps transforming quite quickly: simply paint on your wanted pattern onto your face or skin and complete the being with your costume.
The water based make-up from the german producer "Eulenspiegel" is delivered in 20 ml containers and can be applied to the skin directly from the pot. Simply moist your sponge or paintbrush with water and begin painting.

The oldest evidence of boots was found on murals in the Spanish cave of Altamira. They are dated from 13,000 to 15,000 BC. Boots protect the foot and calves from cold and injuries. They were and still are indispensable for outdoor activities or in bad weather. Primeval hunters, knights, adventurers or pirates they all wear boots – for good reason!
The shape of turndown boots like the "Haddock" boots offered here was a rather late development from the commonly used riding boots. The long cuffs, which were supposed to protect the legs while riding, were folded down, which in time became a pure fashion trend. The turndown boots "Haddock" are made of soft synthetic leather. This makes them insensitive to moisture and almost rain-proof. The sole boasts an additional seam. You don't have to worry about soaked shoes and wet feet... Under the long cuff, there is a strap that can be used to close the boot. On top of that, it is tied with another strap at the ankle.
Another nice detail are the small brass buckles that visually fit our "Henry " series. We have designed the underside of the cuffs in such a way that they may also be worn folded upwards, which increases warmth and their protective effect. The light lining made of high-quality foam keeps the feet warm even during wet nights.
The "Haddock" turndown boots are costume boots. They are not designed for permanent use outdoors.
