This LARP knife is part of the throwing knives category. Made of safe Calimacil foam, it is perfectly adapted to throwing attacks because it includes no core. It can thus bend and stays safe, in close-quarters fights and at a distance. Its handle is black and silver-coloured while its blade is steel-coloured. Finally, the edge of the knife is silver-lined for a greater realism.
Characters
After the apocalypse, your best friend will be your knife. Facing zombies, horrible mutants or simple pillagers, every character sometimes need to defend himself. Of course, the knife is also very useful for building emergency shelters and to slice through a good steak after a successful hunt. After all, every decent warrior needs a decent knife.

Recycled Foam Rock model C Master

To celebrate Earth Day, Calimacil launches (but not literally!) these stones made mostly from recycled Calimacil foam. Foam scraps are reduced to granules and bonded with a small amount of new foam for unique stones with a realistic texture. Note that these stones are rather rigid and are not intended to be used in a combat simulation context but for Props purpose.

Hamond puttee canvas

Puttees have been in use from the Iron Age until the medieval times. It was "reinvented" by the military and used as regular equipment for soldiers in World War I. and in the second World War. Be it Roman legionary or french soldier: this easy to put on leg dress warmes the calfs and protects from scratches and bruises. Our "Hamond" puttees are made from robust canvas fabric. With its 380 cm length, it can be used for wrapping up to the knee - even thicker calfs should get their share of warmth. Early medieval costumes, such as germanic tribesmen or Wikings, will find a good use when strolling through the woods in cold days - it keeps dry and warm and does not only function as an accessory. Leather strings or hidden fixing pins close the puttees and secure them tightly on the place.
